Judgment : 1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that as per the order of this Court, dated 06.08.2014, the F.I.R has been registered based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 15.12.2013, by Seelaiman Police Station and the same was transferred to the Oomatchikulam Police Station in Crime No.202 of 2014. 3. In view of that, the Inspector of Police, Oomatchikulam Police Station is directed to investigate the matter and proceed with in accordance with law. 4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
