Judgment : 1. The petitioner has given a complaint, based on which, the F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.7 of 2014 on 05.01.2014, under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC. Seeking early filing of the final report, the petitioner is before this Court. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3. It is submitted by the prosecution that after the investigation, the matter has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and a copy of the same has also been served on the petitioner. 4. In view of that, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy as per law. 5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
