Judgment 1. The petitioner has advanced the loan to the proposed accused to the tune of Rs.1,50,000/-since the money was not paid, the petitioner is before this Court stating that the proposed accused is not repay the amount and cheated him. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. It is a clear case of civil in nature and he wants to recover the money. Hence, it cannot be done before this Court. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
