Judgment 1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying this Court to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2. The petitioner contends that the property located in Old Survey No.345/24 and New Survey No.483/34 originally belonged to her father and thereafter, it was gifted to her. However, her brother's legal heirs along with others created problem leading to filing of O.S.No.202 of 2014 by the petitioner. However, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner based on the complaint given by the legal heirs of the petitioner's brother. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that 145 proceedings have been initiated in Crime No.451 of 2014 on 24.07.2014 against the petitioner as well as the legal heirs of the petitioner's brother and the matter is seized up by the Civil Court. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that the civil dispute between the petitioner and the legal heirs of her brother is seized up by the Civil Court, the respondents shall not harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. 5. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
