Judgment 1. Though the petitioner contends that he is co-operating with the respondents police, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is not co-operate with the respondents police. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent police on 14.08.2014 at 11.00 a.m. and the first respondent police shall enquire the matter and do the needful as per law and report the same before this Court. 4. For compliance post on 20.08.2014.
