Judgment 1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.10.2013, an enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed. He further submits that a copy of the closure report has been given to the petitioner. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
