Judgment 1. The petitioner has given a complaint stating that he has granted the loan to the proposed accused. A reading of the complaint would reveal that it is only a civil dispute and only for the purpose of getting the money back, the petitioner has given a complaint. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 13.08.2014, a copy of which has been served on the petitioner. 4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) the Criminal original petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to the petitioner to approach the civil Court to recover the money as per law.
