Judgment 1. Based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2014, no F.I.R has been registered against the proposed accused. The petitioner is none other than the Executive Officer/Fit person. Whereas, based on the complaint given by the Ex-Trustee, the F.I.R has been registered against the Executive Officer on 01.03.2014. 2. It appears that it is a complaint and counter complaint and therefore, both the matters have to be simultaneously enquired into. However, one case has been registered. 3. In view of that, the second respondent is directed to register the complaint based on the petitioner's complaint on or before 20.08.2014. 4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 5. For Reporting Compliance Post on 21.08.2014.
