Judgment : 1. The petitioner has come before this Court seeking permission and police protection to conduct the temple festival of Sri Nayanmar Kannimar Temple situated at Poigaipatti scheduled to be conducted on 18.08.2014 and 19.08.2014. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) under the instruction from the third respondent would submit that the celebration is going in the village and is being conducted by the Executive Officer along with the people and the police has given proper bandobust. 3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
