Mathiyazagan v. M. Balasubramaniyan

2014-08-14

R.MALA

body2014
Judgment : 1. The counsel for the respondents was also heard. The respondents have been called for a report. Today the report filed before this Court shows that one Mr.A.M.Subramanian is in-charge of the Official Receiver in the District Court campus at Tiruvannamalai and the I.P.No.7 of 1996 is on his file. Since in-charge Official Receiver is at Tiruvannamalai, where I.P.No.7 of 1996 is pending, I am of the view that there is no need to transfer this case. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the debts have been cleared and they are to discharged. So the Official Receiver is directed to consider the application for discharge on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 3. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered in the above terms. No costs.
