Judgment : S. Rajeswaran, J. 1. The prayer sought for by the petitioner/wife as against the detenu is that her husband, who has been kept in a closed prison at Central Prison, Vellore should be transferred and shifted to a common block. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, today, on instructions from the respondent police, would submit that pursuant to the filing of the petition, the matter was considered and now the detenu, husband of the petitioner, has been shifted to common block No.3. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
