Judgment 1. When the Writ Petition came up for hearing, on 29.07.2014, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, I have directed the Registry to post the matter after two weeks. Subsequently, on 14.08.2014 also the learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. I have directed the Registry to post the matter today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
