Judgment : 1. The petitioner has retired from the post of Secretary on 30.04.2010. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the fourth respondent, who is the employer, failed to pay him retirement benefits, notwithstanding the earlier order passed by this Court, dated 03.02.2014, in W.P.(MD) No.1761 of 2014. The petitioner, therefore, seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to pay him the terminal benefits. 2. The learned Standing Counsel for the fourth respondent, on instructions, submitted that the fourth respondent is in the process of making payment and the entire payment would be made within a period of eight weeks. 3. The fourth respondent is directed to pay the remaining terminal benefits to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
