Judgment There is no representation for both sides. On the previous date of hearing, namely on 22.01.2014, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, the petitioner has left this matter without any representation. As such, this court deems it appropriate to dismiss the civil revision petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
