Judgment : 1. Petitioner challenges the order of learned Judicial Magistrate II, Salem, passed in C.M.P.No.17 of 2014 in C.C.No.367 of 2012 on 23.07.2014. 2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner. 3. By the order under challenge, the Court below has dismissed a petition seeking examination of the cheque in question by an expert. The contention regards the writing of the cheque in a different ink being the reason why an expert opinion is necessary, has been negated by the Court below by placing reliance on the judgment of this Court in 2008 (1) CTC 491 . 4. Finding no error in the order under challenge, this Criminal Revision is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
