Judgment 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner is not running the bar. Therefore, he prays for dismissal of the writ petition as infrctuous. The said statement is recorded. 2. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(md).No.1 of 2012 is also dismissed.
