Judgment : 1. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property comprised in Old Survey No.8A and 8B, Subburayar South Street, Survey NO.472/A, Watrap, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. He would further submit that the fourth respondent has no right whatsoever over the property. Now, the fourth respondent has allegedly entered into an arrangement with the District Manager, TASMAC, Soolagiri with regard to shifting of TASMAC shop NO.11871 in the said property. With these grievances, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the proposal to shift TASMAC shop. No.11871 to Natham Survey No.472/A has been dropped. For this, he would rely upon a letter of the District Manager, TASMAC, Virudhunagar District in Na.Ka.No.C.V-5/1149/2014, dated 14.08.2014. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, recording the statement of the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3. No costs.
