JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren, J. 1. This writ petition is filed, praying for a writ of Mandamus, to forbear the 4th respondent from taking further proceedings, under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, pursuant to the notice of intended sale, dated 16.12.2013. 2. Heard Mr.V.Selvaraj, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr.Rajendra Raghavan, appearing on behalf of the respondent bank. 3. At this stage of hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent bank had submitted that the e-auction sale scheduled to have been held, on 25.1.2014, did not take place, as there were no bidders. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners had not refuted the said submission made on behalf of the respondent bank. In such circumstances, no further order is necessary, in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
