Judgment : M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, as well as the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. Since common issues are arising for the consideration of this Court, all the Writ Appeals are heard together and a common judgment is being passed. 3. The Writ Appeals have been filed against the common order of the learned Single Judge, dated 26.04.2013, made in W.P.(MD).Nos.7327 to 7329 of 2010. 4. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Appeals, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant in the above appeals had submitted that the appellant may be given ten days time for the filing of the appeals before the appellate authority concerned, challenging the common order passed by the second respondent, dated 05.04.2010, in P.S.A. Nos.3 of 2009, 23 of 2001, 2 of 2009 and 1 of 2009. 5. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that they have no objection for this Court passing an order granting ten days time for the filing of the appeals before the appropriate authority, by the appellant. 6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, the appellant is granted time to file appeals against the common order, dated 05.04.2010, made in P.S.A. Nos.3 of 2009, 23 of 2001, 2 of 2009 and 1 of 2009, on or before 02.09.2014. It is made clear that on such appeals being filed by the appellant, the appellate authority concerned may consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible. 7. The Writ Appeals are disposed of, with the above observation. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
