Judgment : V.S. Ravi, J. 1. Today, when the matter is called in open Court, counsel for the petitioner, petitioner and also the detenue are present. The petitioner identified the detenue. The detenue has categorically asserted in open Court that there is no illegal detention or confinement or harassment or torture caused to her, by any one. The detenue reported that at present, she is studying First Year Tamil Literature and also expressed her willingness to go along with her mother, namely, the petitioner herein and she is willing to continue her studies. Further, the petitioner, namely, the mother of the detenue has stated that she will provide food, dress, shelter, education and also all basic necessities to the detenue. Hence, the habeas corpus petition becomes infructuous and the same is dismissed.
