Judgment 1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents. 2. Based on the petitioner's complaint, an enquiry was conducted and it was found that the petitioner exonerated the accused and therefore recording the statement of the petitioner the complaint was closed. 3. In view of that no further order is necessary and the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
