Judgment 1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents. 2. Though the petitioner contends that the complaint given by the petitioner was not registered, the respondents police would submit that enquiry was conducted and thereafter both the parties have advised to approach the civil Court for resolving the dispute. 3. Taking into consideration the non-service of the closure report, the third respondent police is directed to serve closure report on the petitioner. 4. Since the closure report was not given, Mr. P. Kandasamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) serves a copy of the closure report on the learned Counsel for the petitioner and it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per law. 5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
