JUDGMENT Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of finally at the admission stage itself. 3 Grievance of the petitioner is that he is the owner of a house situated at Mill Diversion Road, Kumharan Tola, Gola Gokran Nath, district Kheri. The Consolidation Officer, Bankeganj, Camp Gola, Gokaran Nath, Kheri had taken petitioner's house on rent to run the office from 1.9.2004 to 31.8.2009 on a rent of Rs.3,650/- per month and an agreement to this effect has also been arrived between the petitioner and the Consolidation Officer but no rent for the aforesaid accommodation has been paid to the petitioner and as such, the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 16.1.2013 contained in Annexure No.2 to the writ petition before the Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow but the same is pending disposal. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would suffice, if the opposite party No.1-Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow be directed to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's representation dated 16.1.2013 contained in Annexure No.2 to the writ petition, expeditiously, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection. 5. Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and also without entering into the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the opposite party No.1-Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow to look into the matter and pass appropriate order on the petitioner's representation dated 16.1.2013 contained in Annexure No.2 to the writ petition, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, expeditiously, say, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner forthwith.
