Judgment 1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has been registered in Crime No.168 of 2014 on 24.08.2014 under Sections 294(b) and 506(1) IPC. 3. In view of the apprehension expressed by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner. 4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
