Judgment 1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing (Criminal Side) for the respondents. 2. Since the petitioner has made a serious allegation of assault against her by the proposed accused on 18.05.2014 and, the complaint was registered on 22.05.2014, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry and register the complaint if cognizable offence is made out within a period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
