ORDER : 1. On the scope of Section 8 of the Central Vigilance Commission Act, 2003, particularly clauses (a), (b) and (e) of sub-section (1) thereof and Section 4 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment WP(CRL.)NO.120/2012 with connected matters (10/03/2014) Act, 1946, although preliminary comments of Mr. Anil B. Divan, learned senior counsel for Central Vigilance Commission, Mr. Amrendra Sharan, learned senior counsel for Central Bureau of Investigation and Mr. Prashant Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioners in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 463 of 2012, have been heard, but full hearing in this regard could not be completed. 2. List the matters on March 28, 2014 at 2 P.M. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 4339 of 2014 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 120 of 2012 3. Let CBI respond to the application within fifteen days. 4. List this application on March 28, 2014. Interlocutory Application Nos. 7 & 8 of 2014 in 5. Having regard to the issue raised in these interlocutory applications, we are of the view that it would be appropriate if the applicant files substantive Writ Petition for redressal of his grievances. 6. In light of the above, Mr. K.K. Venugopal, learned senior counsel for the applicant, seeks withdrawal of these interlocutory applications to enable the applicant to pursue his appropriate remedy. 7. Interlocutory Application Nos. 7 & 8 of 2014 are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 5962 of 2014 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 120 of 2012 8. For filing final report/s under Section 172(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in relation to 6 RCs wherein investigation is complete, as observed in the order dated 10.02.2014, time is extended upto March 28, 2014. In other words, three weeks time granted in para 4 of the order dated 10.02.2014 is extended upto March 28, 2014. 9. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of as above.
