Judgment 1. Though the petitioner has come before this Court seeking a direction to file a final report (charge sheet) in connection with Crime No.33 of 2006 on the file of the third respondent, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the third respondent police has already filed a final report saying that it is not possible to file a final report against the accused without verifying the disputed original document. 2. Moreover, the petitioner has already filed a suit in which he is questioning the said document which is the subject matter of the criminal matter. Therefore, the petitioner has got every right to send the document through Court to find out the genuineness of the signature found in the document by comparing the same with the contemporary signature of the petitioner. 3. With the above liberty, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
