Judgment : 1. This petition has been filed praying to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members as and when needed based on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2014. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. In view of the serious allegations made by the petitioner that his wife namely A.Poongodi, is threatening to kill him by engaging hooligans, there shall be a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection. 4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
