Judgment 1. Heard both sides. 2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the promotion list to the post of License Inspector with the cut off date 01.03.2012 in the light of the petitioner's objection dated 21.02.2013 pursuant to the order passed in W.P.No.4798 of 2013 dated 26.02.2013. 3. Counter affidavit is filed by the respondents. It is stated in para 7 of the counter affidavit that after considering the objection made by the petitioner in the light of the order dated 26.02.2013 passed in W.P.No.4798 of 2013, the name of the petitioner was included in the revised panel at serial no.18. In this regard, para 7 of the counter affidavit is extracted hereunder: “7. I respectfully submit that after scrutinising the service register and other connected records, the panel for the post of Licence Inspector 2012-2013 has been revised by including the name of the writ petitioner in S.No.18 of the revised panel and orders promoting her as Licence Inspector have been issued vide this office proceedings dated 14.06.2013.” 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that in view of para 7 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, no further adjudication is necessary. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
