This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to forbear the fourth respondent and his men from constructing a new Anganwadi Centre, in S.No.9/1B situated at west street Sundarajapuram Village, Kurumbur (post), Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the third respondent, had submitted that in view of the averments made in paragraph No.5 of the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent, dated 25.08.2014, stating that there is no necessity to destroy the cement road, in S.No.9/1B, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, this writ petition stands closed, as no further orders are necessary. No costs.
