JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2. In this Application for suspension of sentence, the Counsel for accused-appellant has submitted that the appellant may be released on interim bail on account of marriage of his brother and sister going to be solemnised on 3.2.2014 and 5.2.2014 respectively. The fact with regard to solemnisation of the said marriage has been verified by the prosecution. 3. Therefore, this application for suspension of sentence is disposed of and the applicant is granted interim bail from 31.1.2014 to 10.2.2014. He shall surrender before the Jail Authority by 7.00 P.M. on 10.2.2014. 4. It is ordered that the accused appellant Surja Ram son of Bega Ram in Sessions Case No. 25/2007, shall be released on interim bail from 31.1.2014 to 10.2.2014; provided he executes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- along with two sureties in sum of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the stipulation that he shall surrender before the jail Authority by 7.00 P.M. on 10.2.2014, failing which the Jail Authority shall proceed for arrest of the accused.Application disposed of. *******
