Judgment 1. The petitioner is having the property measuring about 3 Acres 40 Cents comprised in Survey No.103/6A. According to the petitioner, one P. Raman, third respondent herein, who has got no connection with the said property, tried to enter into the property and trespass the property. In this regard, the petitioner gave a complaint, however, the respondents 1 and 2 have not given any police protection, which compels the petitioner to move before this Court. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that an enquiry was conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai, on 14.05.2014 and after enquiry, the parties were advised to approach the civil Court as the matter is civil in nature. 4. Considering the above said fact, it appears that the issue is civil in nature. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach before the civil Court. 5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
