Judgment 1. The learned counsel for the appellants filed a memo stating that the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn by directing the Second Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.134 of 2013 within the time frame fixed by this Court. The above said memo is recorded. 2. In view of the above said memo, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed No costs. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.134 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, unless any stay is granted by any appellate authority.
