Judgment : 1. The learned counsel for the second respondent has handed over a cheque bearing No.072869, dated 27.08.2014, drawn in favour of the petitioner, for a sum of Rs.20,000/- in full satisfaction to the claim made by the petitioner. 2. In view of the payment now made by the second respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. 3. The Writ Petition is closed with the above observation. No costs.
