Judgment : 1. The petitioner was suspended by the third respondent on 07.08.2008 on account of his involvement in a criminal case. According to the petitioner, he was not involved in any such offence. Even though the petitioner approached the third respondent for revocation of suspension, the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 07.06.2014, requesting the third respondent to review the suspension. The said request was not considered resulting in filing the writ petition. 2. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 07.06.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, I make it clear that I have not considered the matter on merits and the order should not be treated as a positive direction to revoke the suspension. 3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
