Judgment : 1. In view of the subsequent order of dismissal, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition. He has also made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the Writ Petition. 2. In view of the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty. No costs.
