Judgment : 1. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the third respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that as against the award passed by the Tribunal, two appeals have been filed and the appeal filed by the parents of the deceased in C.M.A.No.297 of 1986 was already disposed of by this Court and all the parties have received the compensation as per the award passed by this Court in the earlier C.M.A and therefore this appeal has become infructuous. 3. Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
