ORDER Heard the parties. 2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the petitioner nos. 7, 8, 9 and 10 sought permission to withdraw themselves from the instant writ petition and liberty to file a fresh writ petition. 3. It has been submitted that these petitioners have to retract from the writ petition in order to avoid the defect of multifarious-ness in the writ petition. This case is based on facts which are different from the facts of the petitioner nos. 1 to 6 and, as such, it is desirable that a separate writ petition is filed by them. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the prayer. 5. Considering the above, the petitioner nos. 7, 8, 9 and 10 are permitted to disassociate from this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. 6. The remaining petitioners have prayed for quashing the result of Teachers Eligibility Test, 2012 held by Jharkhand Academic Council as their results have been arbitrarily rejected on the ground that they have not completed the Teachers Training course. 7. It has been submitted that the petitioners have completed the teachers training from different Universities and they had also sent their certificates within the prescribed period i.e. by 13.05.2013. The respondents have rejected the petitioners' results on the aforesaid ground without verifying their record. The petitioners filed representation before the authorities of the Jharkhand Academic Council long back in May/June, 2013 bringing the said facts to their notice, but till date no order has been passed. 8. Mr. M. Sohail Anwar, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Jharkhand Academic Council, assisted by Mrs. Ruby Parween, submitted that if the petitioners' representation is still pending, the same shall be considered and appropriate order shall be passed. 9. Considering the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Chairman, Jharkhand Academic Council to consider the petitioners' representation and pass appropriate reasoned order within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners in writing.
