JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren J. 1. No representation for the petitioner. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents had submitted that the e-auction was scheduled to be held, on 20.1.2014. However, there were no bidders in the said e-auction. Therefore, no e-auction had taken place. In such circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that no e-auction had taken place, on 20.1.2014, the issues relating to the e-auction are not being decided by this Court, at this stage. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
