Judgment 1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the appeals dated 31.01.2012 and 10.05.2012, filed by the petitioner, were disposed of on 27.07.2012. A counter affidavit has also been filed by the respondent. The said submission and the counter have not been refuted by the counsel for the petitioner. 2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(md).No.1 of 2012 is also closed.
