Judgment : The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court for the withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one in the name of S.Aswini and he has also made an endorsement to the said effect in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
