Judgment : 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court for the withdrawal of this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to the said effect in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
