Judgment 1. The petitioner is a graduate holding a degree in B.Sc., Electronics. The petitioner submitted an application for appointment to the post of Higher Secondary Teacher. The Equivalence Committee should be directed to expedite the process. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
