Judgment 1. The petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher. He joined the service on 15.10.1995. The fourth respondent submitted a proposal to the third respondent to grant selection grade to the petitioner. The present prayer is to consider the said request. 2. The third respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the fourth respondent to grant selection grade to the petitioner from the date of his appointment. Such exercise shall be completed within period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
