JUDGMENT : Taken on Board. 2. Heard Mr. P.S. Patwalia, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner (Medical Council of India), and Ms. Bina Madhavan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. In the facts and circumstances of this case, the special leave petition is disposed of with a direction to the Medical Council of India to consider the applications of the respondents for the courses MS (Orthopadics), MD (Darmetology) and MD (Psychiatry) for the next year, provided the respondents submit the applications with all relevant documents as per the existing practice.
