Judgment R. Mahadevan, J. 1. This Writ Appeal has been filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order made in M.P.(MD).No.1 of 2014 in W.P.(MD).No.8191 of 2014, dated 18.07.2014. 2. The main ground on which the present Writ Appeal filed is that before passing the impugned order, the appellant had not been given an opportunity of hearing to put forth his contentions. Secondly, there is a calculation error in arriving at the amount, by the authorities concerned, with regard to the one third of the additional current consumption charges relating to the appellant. Therefore, the appellant submitted that the matter may be remitted back to the learned Single Judge, for fresh consideration. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection in remitting the matter back to the learned Judge for fresh consideration. 4. In such circumstances, the appellant is permitted to move the learned Judge for proper modification of the order made in M.P.(MD).No.1 of 2014 in W.P.(MD).No.8191 of 2014, dated 18.07.2014, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the respondents shall not disconnect the electricity supply given to the appellant. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Appeal stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
