Judgment The petitioner challenges two orders passed by the authorities. 2. When the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent issued a charge memorandum to the petitioner on 03.03.2014 and as such, the petitioner would be satisfied in case, a direction is issued to the disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings. 3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the third respondent requires six to eight months to dispose of the disciplinary proceedings. 4. The third respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. (md).No.1 of 2013 is closed.
