JUDGMENT Dilip Gupta, J. In this petition purportedly filed in the public interest, the petitioner seeks a mandamus to the respondents not to shift the office of 45th and 46th battalions and of 15th girls battalion of the NCC from the existing rental building to another proposed building. According to the petitioner, this would increase the expenditure. 2. The petitioner has not made the mandatory disclosure in terms of the provisions of sub-rule (3-A) of Rule 1 of Chapter XXII of the High Court Rules, 1952, which was inserted in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in State of Uttaranchal Vs. Balvant Singh Chaufal, 2010 AIR SCW 1029. That apart, the petition does not raise any issue of public interest to warrant intervention of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution. 3. We, therefore, decline to entertain the petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed. 4. There shall be no order as to costs.
