Judgment : 1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent. 2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) undertakes to get instructions and direct the Investigating Officer to delete the offence except Section 506(ii) IPC as per the order of the learned Magistrate. 3. Recording the above statement of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
