Judgment 1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that based on the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5209 of 2014 dated 21.03.2014, the investigation was completed and the final report was filed on 27.06.2014. 3. In view of the above said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is also given a copy of the closure report. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Court.
